IN THE WHITE RESERVE THE GIGANTISSIMO RETURNS
for a unique season finale with still plenty of snow on the piste

Pancani Slope - Pian del Leone

The historic amateur (non-competitive) competition that the Riserva Bianca first organised in 1978 returns to the ski area's slopes on 7 April 2024. It is the Gigantissimo, the giant slalom more than 2 km long that is run on the Pancani - Pian del Leone slope with an altitude difference of 510 metres and equipped with more than 60 gates. 
This much-loved event in the area is a way of thanking all the customers who have frequented the Riserva Bianca during the winter season and meeting them for a day of conviviality and fun in the name of sport. 
Thanks to the collaboration of Sport e Salute, which supports the event with its patronage, during the event Capanna Niculin will host various side activities such as a DJ set, entertainment for children and the 2024/2025 Bottero Ski test.

Registration for the GIGANTISSIMO on 07.04.2024 can be done online or by phone at Bottero ski on 017192274 extension 6 by Friday 5 April. 
For cumulative registrations please send an excel file to martina@botteroski.com by Thursday 4 April 2024.
Bibs will be collected at the Bottero ski shop in via Genova 40 Limone P.te on Saturday 6 from 1.00 p.m. onwards. 
The cost of registration is Euro 15.00 for those in possession of the season pass and Euro 25.00 including the day pass for all others.

Technical details of the Gigantissimo track
The start is at the top of the L8 Pancani chairlift (2050 m a.s.l.), the track develops in the first part on the high slope 21 (Pancani) and then leads to slope 22 (Pancani agonistica), passes in front of Capanni Niculin (1860 m a.s.l.) and then enters the low slope 21 (Pian del Leone) and arrives at the starting station of the L8 Pancani lift where the finish line will be positioned (at about 1540 m a.s.l.).
