Limone is one of the few mountain destinations that can be reached by train. 
Main train connections: Cuneo and Ventimiglia (direct train), Turin-Savona-Monaco-Nice (one change), Genoa-Milan-Venice-Rome-Naples (two changes)
Scheduled buses to the hamlets and access to the Limonetto and Limone Quota 1400 ski lifts.
Shuttles that take skiers in winter from the town centre to the departure of the Riserva Bianca and Maneggio ski lifts.
