The tavern in the historic center of Limone Piemonte, with its typical mountain atmosphere, divided into three thematic lounges, is secure originality as well as fantastic atmosphere. Rustic, colorful, warm, in a word welcoming!
The restaurant offers dishes that go back to the seasonality of crops using raw materials that are selected in the countryside and surrounding valleys. It prefers a kitchen without frills but full of flavor.
Among the appetizers are worth a mention the salad of raw meat and truffle salad (sarset, mimosa and black truffle egg) and the peppers in bagna cauda.
Among our first dish is the noodles with black truffle pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, the goodies and the Val Varaita Valgranotti, not to forget the soups.
Seconds mainly meat, which the cut with rocket, fillet with green pepper, thyme lamb chops, do not miss the trout Provençal.
And they are always present in great demand fried mushrooms and baked in foil and bagna cauda. Important to the selection of cheeses, from seiras to toma-ass, moving from pasture tome.
Desserts are special, from bunet the apple tart with pears in wine, the chocolate cake (cake without flour only with eggs, chocolate and cocoa).
Our cellar contains a careful selection of wines from Piedmont and beyond.
