Ours is a family tradition, if you consider that Antonio Bosio, having hung up his butcher’s apron at his shop in Turin, would travel to his home in Stupinigi to supply the royal kitchens with the finest cuts of meat for the most discerning palates. Today, just as back then, Giacomo Bosio has been running the shop in Cervere, at 8 Via B. Bartolomeo, and the farm of the same name for over thirty years, focusing exclusively on quality. The shop in Limone Piemonte has been open since 2026.
